Our plans are designed with you in mind

  • We offer extended warranty plans on both new and used equipment.
    • “NEW” = Equipment within base warranty
    • “USED” = Equipment outside of base warranty
  • 3 levels of coverage to fit your needs:
    • Powertrain = includes the engine, drivetrain, and more.
    • Powertrain+ = includes the Powertrain components plus additional hydraulic components such as hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps, and more.
    • Ultimate = includes the Powertrain+ components plus additional components such as the variable fan drive, starter, alternator, air conditioner, factory installed auto steer, etc.
  • Qualification of the equipment is determined at the dealership – no waiting!
    • The inspection of the equipment is performed by the dealer’s trained and certified service technician to ensure the equipment does not have any pre-existing conditions. This includes checking the fluids for any foreign materials or fines that would indicate a pre-existing condition. If the equipment is determined to be free from any defects and it qualifies for one of our programs, it may be enrolled.
  • Solutions for equipment up to 15 years old at the time of enrollment
    • Tractors up to 5500 hours
    • Combines, Sprayers, Floaters, Cotton Harvesters, Forage Harvesters, Windrowers, and Skid Loaders up to 3500 engine hours
  • Simple Claims process
    • Phone call for pre-authorization of claims
      • We want this process to be easy and to provide an opportunity to discuss the claim, so all parties are aware of what is and is not covered without any hassle.
      • Final claims submitted online by attaching the work order, pictures (if requested), and entering basic information.
      • Claims will be reviewed for coverage of component and decisions will be made in a timely manner with open and clear communication to all parties.
      • Approved claims reimbursement will be sent to the dealership to reimburse for covered repairs.
